Dr. Greg Gale has been practicing and providing leadership in the field of psychiatry, substance use and integrated care in the Phoenix metropolitan area for over 11 years. He most recently joins us from his role as a national medical director overseeing behavioral health, substance use and integrated care services for Humana Behavioral Health. Previously, he was CMO and VP of Clinical Services at Partners in Recovery, a not-for-profit behavioral health and substance use service organization, which operates 5 clinics throughout Maricopa County. He spear headed the 1st integrated physical and behavioral/substance SMI (serious mentally ill) private practice care delivery program in Maricopa County and the 1st Arizona state licensed dual integrated physical and behavioral/substance use health licensed clinic. Prior to this role he served in a Medical Director role at ValueOptions and Magellan Health Services (contracted managed behavioral health organization in Maricopa County), which are both leading national behavioral health managed care organizations. He originally moved to Arizona after gaining experience as Chief of Psychiatry and Medical Director at a Community Hospital in San Francisco and after working as a staff psychiatrist in a not-for-profit multi-disciplinary group practice in Berkeley, California. He completed his residency program at Harvard Medical School (Harvard Longwood) in Boston, Massachusetts and completed his medical education at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Kristin Massey is an LCSW, licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Kristin received her education from Arizona State University and has an array of experience treating patients in residential and acute settings as well as in private practice. Kristin has a decade of experience treating patients including children, youth, families, Women’s health, and addiction. Having developed and directed programs in these areas, Kristin currently serves as the Clinical Director for Acceptance Recovery Center.
Chi Lorigan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who completed her Master’s degree in Counseling/Community Counseling at the University of Phoenix and licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Her experience includes Outpatient Behavioral Health Centers, Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospitals and private practice. Chi provides weekly individual counseling with patients in need of trauma therapy utilizing CBT and EMDR approaches.
Sonja Raciti, Psy.D., is a Board Certified Clinical Psychologist currently in private practice. She graduated from Argosy University in the San Francisco Bay Area, and completed her residency at Kapiolani Medical Center in Hawaii. She has over a decade of experience as a therapist in the areas of trauma, maltreatment, addiction, child and family services and military psychology. She has directed several departments to include a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program, Child and Family Services, Family Advocacy and Autism Services. She is a military vet and served both in the Hawaii Army National Guard as a Behavioral Health Officer and in the United States Air Force as a Psychologist. In her private practice in Scottsdale Arizona, she sees a multitude of people in need with an emphasis on treating patients suffering from trauma. She specializes in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Behavior Modification, marital therapy, autism and learning problems. She presently facilitates two weekly groups: art therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for addiction at Acceptance Recovery Center.
Miss Ahler is a Board-Certified Music Therapist who completed her music therapy education at Arizona State University. She is certified in Neurologic Music Therapy.
Patricia works with addicts and mental health clients in community outreach settings. She regularly provides music therapy in recovery treatment centers in the Phoenix area. Patricia has developed a passion for this work. The profound impact of music over the course of her life has inspired and deepened her commitment to working with those in recovery.
After battling with addiction himself, Jerry finds it very rewarding to help others through the same struggle. Jerrys passion for life is easily seen in his counseling style and brings a sense of excitement to the recovery community he works with. As an experienced substance abuse counselor and pursuing a life of recovery himself, Jerry is able to provide the necessary skills for life long recovery to those who are willing to learn. By being able to give back to others what was so freely given to him Jerry has found that there is no better way to promote a life style of service and grace than to lead to by example.
Mr. Ross is a native of Philadelphia and has resided in Arizona for the past nine years. Mr. Ross is certified in Chemical Dependence Counseling and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Addiction Therapy. Mr. Ross has spent the last five years as a Primary Therapist for several leading Arizona treatment and detox facilities. Joe is passionate about the care he delivers; he believes in leading by example and shares his personal experience in recovery to support those in need. By putting others first and his dedication to serving his patients, Joseph is able to encourage others to do what it takes to live a life of sobriety and achieve their individual goals.
Cory is the Medical Coordinator at Acceptance Recovery Center
Nathan Gossen a native of Scottsdale Arizona, and has worked in the Recovery industry for over seven years. Nathan found his passion for helping others achieve sobriety after successfully completing the Scottsdale/Rural Metro Fire Academy. Using this education and experience, Nathan worked for one of the largest statewide providers of substance abuse and mental health treatments. His experience also includes outreach to help the homeless, lifesaving interventions, and community-based prevention and education services.
In October of 2012, Nathan assisted in the development of an Arizona State licensed, Joint Commission Accredited, Dual-Diagnosed addiction treatment facility for men & women who were seeking a life without Alcohol or Drug dependency; offering a short and long term disciplined program. He developed, implemented and executed a Family program introducing a healthy alternative when dealing with loved ones in Addiction as well as Recovery.
Kathryn Leas is responsible for Business Development and Marketing at Acceptance Recovery Center. Kathryn is originally from the Washington, DC area and came to Scottsdale, AZ after fighting her own battle with addiction. It was after pursuing her own recovery that Kathryn realized a passion for the industry and moved from a career in Real Estate to one that she believes is her true calling. As a graduate from Indiana University, Kathryn has combined her extensive knowledge in the fields of Marketing and Business with her personal understanding addiction and treatment centers. This multi-faceted skill set provides her with a very special and personal insight into the growth of Acceptance Recovery Center on all levels.

Mr. McGill has lived in Arizona for the last 13 years. He has worked and consulted in the Recovery field over the last decade.
Michael received his graduate degree in Education, focusing on Human Relations in 2010. Acceptance Recovery Center is an Arizona State licensed facility with the highest accreditation. The Dual-Diagnosed addiction treatment center serves men & women in search of a life without Alcohol or Drug dependency.
